Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

This policy explains what personal information PeopleWorks Services, LLC (Orlando, Florida, United States; "PeopleWorks", "we") collects when you visit peopleworksservices.com or download files from it, why, and what you can do about it. Questions or requests: info@peopleworksservices.com.

The short version

  • This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
  • Like every web server, ours keeps a short-lived access log of page requests, kept for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting.
  • Citiz audio downloads are not logged. Requests for files under /citiz-audio/ are excluded from the access log.
  • When you write to us through a form, we receive what you typed so we can reply.
  • We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

1. Server access logs

When your browser requests a page or file, our web server (Microsoft IIS) records a standard log line: your IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the response code, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, for example to spot abuse or diagnose errors. Log files are deleted automatically after 30 days, unless a specific entry is needed to investigate a security incident, in which case only that entry is kept for as long as the investigation requires.

2. Citiz audio packs

Citiz, our free citizenship-study app, lets learners download audio packs (official USCIS recordings and a synthetic voice) from peopleworksservices.com/citiz-audio/. For that folder:

  • The server is configured not to write access-log entries, so we keep no record of which IP address downloaded which pack.
  • No cookies are set and nothing identifying is sent: the request names only the pack file, never what a learner studies or how they answer. Playback happens on the learner's device.
  • A request that fails before it reaches the website (for example a malformed connection) can still be recorded in the operating system's own error log, which contains the IP address and is deleted on the same 30-day schedule.

The Citiz app's own policy is at github.com/peopleworks/Citiz/blob/main/PRIVACY.md.

3. Contact and newsletter forms

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number (optional) and message you enter. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we receive your email address. The form sends this through PeopleWorks' own email service (ecfapi.peopleworks.com.do) to our inbox at info@peopleworksservices.com. We use it only to answer you or, for the newsletter, to send updates you can stop at any time by replying "unsubscribe". We keep messages for as long as the conversation or business relationship needs them, and delete them on request.

4. Content from other companies

Some parts of the site load content from other providers. When they do, your browser connects to that provider directly, and the provider receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy:

  • Google Fonts, on every page, for the typefaces (Google Privacy Policy).
  • Google Maps, on the Contact page, for the embedded map; Google may set cookies.
  • YouTube, only if you click a video, which then plays in a YouTube player; YouTube may set cookies.

Links to our other products (such as Security Factor 365, DPO or PeopleWorks GPT) and to social networks lead to separate sites with their own policies.

5. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use, by writing to info@peopleworksservices.com. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

6. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to server logs and to our inbox is limited to the people who run PeopleWorks.

7. Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
